Punch Fu Manchu
Since 2019, the Punch cigar brand released a limited-edition cigar in dedication to the Chinese New Year (or Lunar Year), but in their own eclectic way. For 2022, the Year of the Tiger, Punch released the Fu Manchu, which alludes to the popular villain of the same name who appeared in pulp fiction books and films. The cigar sports a dark Honduran maduro wrapper placed over an Indonesian binder, and filler leaves from Mexico, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. At the cap, the cigar features a long pigtail that resembles the braided pigtail worn by Fu Manchu. Once lit, this savory toro offers an earthy, spicy, and sweet smoking experience with a medium to full-bodied strength. The Punch Fu Manchu is handmade in Honduras.
